The most important step in fighting food waste is understanding it. This is why we collaborated with University of Reading and EIT Food to create the "From Waste to Value" online course on FutureLearn.
This course is for anybody who wants to understand why food waste happens on a systemic level, and what needs to change to cut this down to create a sustainable food system. You'll be joined weekly by a facilitator and your course mates for discussions to better dive into the material.
