Current projects
Our goal is to become the globally recognised mark of freshness. Currently, we are working on projects introducing and deploying Bump Tag to consumer products to reduce unnecessary waste of meat, seafood and other packed perishable foods.
MICROORC
We’ve been invited to take part in the MICROORC project to demonstrate how freshness indicators can help reduce food waste across the supply chain and in households. The project focuses on chicken and salmon shelf-life extension.
Partners include: Norsk Kylling, Grupo Lusiaves, Cermaq Norway AS, Innoscentia and 14 others
Funded by: EU
Meat and fish
This 18-month project will bring Bump to high-value and high carbon footprint products like meat and fish, while also assessing its impact on consumer sustainable food choices. The project is initially focused on applying Bump Tags to packaged steak.
