We are excited for our Founder and Director, Solveiga Pakštaitė, giving the Royal Society’s talk: “Fighting food waste - decoding expiry dates,” as part of the larger ​​Summer Science Exhibition.🧪

Learning about expiry dates is for everyone! Expect to hear about how they’re determined, their history and why they’re so important. Additionally, Solveiga will be discussing Bump by Mimica and how it tackles overcautious expiry dates to radically reduce food waste.

The event is free to attend but has a limited capacity so it is recommended to arrive early.
